Go with the punches. The saying we have all heard. It means more than you think. Holding your ground is not always the best stance. Sometimes you need to "go with the punches" so you can move forward.
Put this into your everyday life. If you can't run because of injuries, don't give up. Do an exercise that you can do. Don't focus on your weakness, focus on what you can do.
Don't waste your time trying to move the rock in the road. Go around it and prosper.
